About us

Aslan Pharmaceuticals Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 600 517 422) was registered in Victoria on 3 July 2014 and originally operated in pharmaceutical research and development. Following a change of ownership completed in January 2025, the company's strategic direction was redefined: the pharmaceutical R&D activities were discontinued, and the business now focuses entirely on clean energy and ESG solutions for the Asia-Pacific region.

Aslan signs supply agreement for over 5,000 ductFIT® units

Aslan entered into an international sale and purchase agreement for ductFIT® 100, ductFIT® 200 and ductFIT® 200 EcoCell devices, securing inventory for its APAC distribution and licensing programme.

Business scope changes from pharmaceutical R&D to clean energy & ESG

Following the change of ownership, the company formally repositioned its activities toward clean energy and ESG solutions, with air quality technology for the built environment as its first product line.
