Low-energy air purification that improves indoor environmental quality without replacing existing HVAC systems — less waste, lower consumption, cleaner air.
Established in 2014 as a pharmaceutical research and development company and formerly a subsidiary of a NASDAQ-listed pharmaceutical company, Aslan has been repositioned under new ownership as a clean energy and ESG solutions business. Today we distribute and license advanced in-duct air purification technology for HVAC systems across the Asia-Pacific region.
Low-energy air purification that improves indoor environmental quality without replacing existing HVAC systems — less waste, lower consumption, cleaner air.

Transparent corporate structures, external audit support and full compliance with Australian corporate and financial regulations.
Aslan Pharmaceuticals Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 600 517 422) was registered in Victoria on 3 July 2014 and originally operated in pharmaceutical research and development. Following a change of ownership completed in January 2025, the company's strategic direction was redefined: the pharmaceutical R&D activities were discontinued, and the business now focuses entirely on clean energy and ESG solutions for the Asia-Pacific region.
Incorporated as an Australian proprietary company focused on pharmaceutical research and development.
The company was acquired by its current shareholder and a new director was appointed, initiating the strategic review of the business.
The business scope was formally changed from pharmaceutical R&D to clean energy and ESG solutions, centred on air quality technology for buildings.
Aslan contracted the purchase of over 5,000 ductFIT® in-duct air purification units, establishing its APAC distribution inventory.
Healthier, more energy-efficient buildings across the Asia-Pacific region, where indoor air quality is treated as core environmental and social infrastructure.
To bring proven clean air and clean energy technologies to APAC markets through distribution and licensing partnerships, helping building owners meet their ESG commitments.
Integrity in every transaction, transparency with partners and investors, and a measurable contribution to environmental and social outcomes.
Aslan distributes and licenses the ductFIT® range of active air purification devices within the APAC region — from in-duct units installed inside HVAC systems to ceiling, wall, mobile and personal devices, plus real-time air quality monitoring. One technology platform covering every space in a building.
Active in-duct purification that adapts to the building's own duct system, designed to reduce the microbial load (including bacteria such as Legionella) that can build up in air-conditioning ductwork. Fully adjustable to any volume and surface area — from offices and residential buildings to hospitals, schools, gyms and conference centres.
100–250 V · 2.5 kg per unit · operates up to 94 °C duct temperature · EcoCell option available
Maximum air renewal, operating independently from the air-conditioning system. Dual purification: active ductFIT® system plus passive HEPA 13 filter with activated carbon against allergies, odours and dust.
Designed for spaces with technical ceilings using a panel system. Dual purification combining an active catalyst-and-lamp stage with a passive HEPA 13 + activated carbon filter.
Air purification that adapts to any space — ideal for offices, shops, schools and home environments, with no installation required.
Wall-mounted purification for hospitals, schools and gyms, delivering quiet continuous protection in occupied spaces.
Compact purification for small areas such as vehicle interiors and personal workspaces — USB-powered and truly portable at 290 g.
Know the air you breathe: real-time air quality data on screens, mobile and web, with detailed historical reporting on temperature, humidity, CO₂, TVOC and PM 2.5 — including comparison with the nearest public sensor in your city.
ductFIT® is patented technology developed by Clean Air Spaces. According to the manufacturer, its performance has been tested by national and international laboratories in governmental, academic, hospital and occupational-safety settings. Figures below are manufacturer-reported and obtained under laboratory conditions.
Manufacturer-reported reduction of biological load in air and on surfaces under laboratory conditions — viruses, bacteria, moulds, fungi and harmful chemicals.
Manufacturer-reported: the CMS (Comfort Management System) is designed to create energy plans that reduce energy costs while improving workplace safety.
Millions of real-time data points recording air quality parameters across every deployed system.
AI-driven optimisation that reads occupancy, humidity and temperature to reduce building energy consumption.
Transparent, responsible sourcing with suppliers complying with the Responsible Business Alliance, in line with ESG principles.
Technology partner — Clean Air Spaces. The ductFIT® technology is deployed internationally through Clean Air Spaces, whose platform combines in-duct purification with real-time air quality monitoring. Aslan's role covers distribution and licensing of these products within the APAC region.

Clean air and clean energy are two sides of the same transition. Every ductFIT® unit deployed makes an existing building healthier without the carbon cost of replacing its HVAC systems.
Aslan entered into an international sale and purchase agreement for ductFIT® 100, ductFIT® 200 and ductFIT® 200 EcoCell devices, securing inventory for its APAC distribution and licensing programme.
Following the change of ownership, the company formally repositioned its activities toward clean energy and ESG solutions, with air quality technology for the built environment as its first product line.
The acquisition of Aslan Pharmaceuticals Australia Pty Ltd was completed and a new director was appointed, initiating the company's strategic transition.
